When you build with MQH, your home is built on time and on budget, every time and ready to move in.  While our standard designs are all inclusive, we are happy to customise your chosen design to your specifications.


Contract Inclusions

• Fixed price contract
• Six years structural warranty
• 3 months maintenance service
• Construction drawings for council
• Relevant council fees and approvals (as required by contract)
• Engineer’s soil test
• Structural engineer’s frame inspection and certificate
• Concrete footing and slab design (design classification ‘S’)

 Brick Veneer Construction (large choice builders range) (sarked)
• Timber walls and roof framing (design classification N2)
• Colourbond Roofing sheeting Fascia and Guttering (PVC downpipes painted in Colourbond colours)
• Powder coated aluminium windows with insect screens (Choice of colours)
• 2x External hose taps
• Exterior front & rear entry doors with security screens (as per plan)
• R1.5 insulation to roof (Anticon)
• R1.5 insulation to walls
• All homes are priced to include sewerage and stormwater allowance of 60 lineal metres
• Site clean on completion building debris only removed any excess soil to be spread over site

 Plasterboard internal linings with 90mm cornice
• 42x12 colonial architraves and 68x12 colonial skirting
• Fully painted with quality paints (gloss paint to architraves, skirting, doors and window jambs. 3 coats)

• Linen cupboard with 4 shelves (as indicated on plan)
• Sliding vinyl doors with aluminium frames to wardrobes (as indicated on plan)
