How to buy an Adson Home Purchasing and building your new Adson Relocatable Home couldn’t be easier with our step-by-step procedure. 

1. Initial enquiry: We will supply you with pricing information and discuss your needs and requirements with you. 
2. Preliminary Agreement: We will arrange your plans, a soil test, a BERS assessment (Building Energy Rating Scheme). Read more. We also contact Council to gather information about your block.
3. Site assessment: We will review your site to assess accessibility and siting.
4. Design and Quotation: We will confirm your plans to your requirements and supply you with a documented quote for construction
5. Contract: Meet with Adson Homes to make any changes and confirm your requirements. Sign contract. Colour Schemes. 5% deposit payable.
6. Paperwork & Permits: We engage a geologist to do a soil test on your block, (for footing design). If required, a planning permit application is prepared. more. We prepare and apply for a Building Permit.
7. Building: We build your home at our Narangba base.
8. Delivery: We deliver the home to your site. GET A TRANSPORT QUOTATION 95% Delivery payment due.
9. Completion: You check the building with us to ensure your satisfaction We hand over ownership of the home to you.
10. 90 day Review: After 90 days we contact you to ensure that you are satisfied with your new home and assess whether anything requires further attention.
